Numbing lubes aren't recommended as it masks the tears if they occur. Regular water based is best |

No the numbing lubes arent at all like an Anesthetic .. its kind of like those cooling gels or fun condoms..
We take it very slow and sensual with a little numbling gel at the start then lots of water based lube. this demands patience and mutual respect..its a training of sorts over time.. |

Fisting takes time to achieve successfully, a little bit at a time regularly. Like said already loads of lube mutual respect, understanding and trust is vital. I like to use gloves, latex or otherwise when doing it, more hygiene for both people really. Enjoy the journey OP, but definitely mentally one should be ready also.  |

Trust and relaxation to start, lube lube lube, personally I use jlube mixed thick, and a little trex up there first. Messy and always will be. Douching makes its more hygienic.. Just....then the play begins, start with loads of fun massage gentle and exploring finger or two.
