Every so often I read posts on here about how rude people can be when they are rejected for one reason or another.
Yes , we've had the 'fat cunts' replies and the 'fuck off' ones too, but in all honesty, if we feel someone is not for us, we simply reply with just that.
"Not for us sorry" usually gets a 'cheers' or an 'OK' and we send a 'take care'.
So really it's not all bad, but we only hear of the horror stories, rarely praise for the people who take rejection with a pinch of salt and move on. |

What percent of good/bad replies do you get?
I've done it a few times, not just here but elsewhere and it feels like I've gotten more bad than good so I just ignore most offers now because its not worth just hearing the attack.
In some cases fake profiles have been set up to catfish me or just to get my face picture. Ignoring seems like the safest bet. |

Thankfully the nice replies out weigh the bad ones. But everynow and than you get a doozy and it stops ya right in your tracks.
It's like restaurant reviews you usually hear the bad ones first lol |

To be fair there is more people who respond nicely when they get a no sorry message. It's a lot smaller minority who get abusive. They just seem to be written about more on here.
There are a lot of decent nice people on here it's definitely not all doom and gloom.  |

It's very easy to tar everyone with the same brush so it's great when people like yourselves acknowledge that the negativity isn't as broad sweeping as some would have you believe.
Manners cost nothing and positive posts like this should be encouraged.  |

We always try to give a response,although there are some we will continue to ignore,no matter how many times they message us with their multiple accounts.....
The vast majority of people we politely turn down either read the message then delete,or thank us for replying. Of course the odd few will try to turn it into a conversation!
The biggest cringe isn't insults (water off a duck's back), it's the ones who want to know why..... |

That last bit!  I always answer why, in the nicest way possible and always ended it with "sorry". Didnt work so I gave up responding in general. |
