"We are
I read it on another thread when you said you couldn't make it there and back in an hour
Can neither of you travel at weekends "
We would be breaking the lockdown rules no? - and Lee is staying near his parents to look after their needs. |

Genuinely don't know if it would break the rules because a person traveling to their home must be allowed surely
It must be hard for both of you
Im counted as essential services but could drive from Dublin to Cork or Galway and back the same day.
I keep to social distance rules when there and take off clothes and boots when i get home and would hate to think I'm not allowed home |

But we don't live together, therefore would not be travelling home. Yes it's hard, but as we both have young adult children who are following the rules and not seeing friends/partners, it would be pretty poor of us to not do the same. |

No, we're not married and have separate homes, obviously under normal circumstances we would spend several nights a week together. |

"I sympathise with polyamorous couples. Who do you hibernate with? If you end up with the least favourite partner, how do you/they feel? Oh, the angst. "
But don't they usually trot out the "loving everyone equally" line? |

Same here we don't live together and she is in the slightly vunerable because of a medication she needs
Herself and her teenagers are cocooned together so I know she's safe
It's been 4 weekends now but I couldn't risk maybe bringing the virius to them if I happened to have it and not know
So it's just safer
We chat few times a day and miss each other like hell but it's for the health reasons we are just not tacking any chances
We had a naughty holiday booked in the middle of all this but know we will be able to go on holiday and see each other again so stay safe is what we have decided
