You know..just when you think you have this place sussed as being something frivolous and light..you get the kind of posts and messages that you guys have sent and you think friends come from all different places. Thank you all for the messages...think its just being at the half way mark (hopefully) gets to you...anyway..back im the saddle here..you lot are ok you know..   |

That's the great thing about this site. It's there for everyone even if it's just a friendly chat in public. Op think in a few weeks this will all be in the past and brighter things ahead. This is nice thanks Pete, OP without struggle there can be no progress. It's great that you have said it out right here. Talking about it helps, we met one time and i knoe hoe much you love your job and keeping busy. I'm the same it's s tough, ring family members and friends and talk. I am foung things that i usually hate doing and they are becoming the highlight of mu day now. It's strange locked up, i hope you feel better as the day is going on. Reaching out is the main thing and you have done that here...  |

There is always help, Aware have help lines as do pieta house etc , depending exactly om how you are feeling. Don't loose hope, you will get plenty of it on these helps lines, they will chat and maybe give free counselling if that's a route one decides to use. It's just a call away professionals. |

Hey man I've felt the same most of this week, all I can say is "it will pass". The only way we can handle this is one day at a time. Today may be a bad day but tomorrow is a new day. I'm trying to change my days if they aren't working. I got a workout from home thing from my gym and started today then had a walk and I feel better today than I have all week. And I truly was at my lowest more than one this week. Just try and allow your brain to let yourself believe that tomorrow is a new day to feel differently. Stay strong bro 3 |
