Vodka infused sponge cake;

1 cup sugar

1 tsp. baking powder

1 cup water

1 tsp. salt

1 cup brown sugar

Lemon juice

4 large eggs

Flour

Mixed nuts

2 cups dried fruit

1 bottle Vodka

Firstly, sample a small cup of vodka to check quality.

Take a large bowl and check the vodka again just to be sure it's of the highest quality; repeat if necessary.

Turn on the electric mixer. Beat one cup of butter into large fluffy bowl. Add a teaspoon of sugar and beat again. At this point it's best to make sure the vodka is still OK to use; sample another cup.

Turn off the mixerer thingy. Break two eegs into the bowl and chuck in the dried fruit. Pick the fruit that missed the bowl up off the floor, wash it and put it in one piece at a time trying to count it; out loud.

Mix on the turner. If the fried druit gets stuck in the beaterers try to pry it loose with a drewscriver.

Sample the vodka to test it's tonsisticity.

Next, sift two cups of salt or something and check the vodka. Now shift the lemon juice and strain your nuts. Add one table. Add a spoon of sugar or whatever you can find.

Grease the oven. Turn the cake tin 360 degrees and try not to fall over. Don't forget to beat off the turner.

Finally, throw the bowl out the window, finish the vodka and wipe the counter with the cat by mistake.

It's evaporated milk and brown muscovado sugar mixed together with an electric whisk I think for like 10 20 mins it's been awhile since I made it yes I'm dead handy in the kitchen lol then pop the mix into a pastry case then put it in the oven for about 30 mins then let it cool then put it into the fridge for it to set then cut a slice and enjoy oh and a bit of creme fraiche for balancing the sweetness or simply use me for that
