Just looking for pointers on my profile. Not the best looking guy on the site so know I need a string profile to appeal. Any tips would be most welcomed,

Think about the age range you'd meet.

Your profile doesn't say anything about you. I can't get anything about your personality from it. Maybe put on what you like, what you want, what you offer.

Something that will make me smile.

You have a good variety of photo's that give an insight to a fun personality. That makes a refreshing change from the usual wall of cock pics, with associated deodorant cans or TV remotes.
