If a face pic, then make it one you're smiling in.
Body shots, bum, legs, just play around with the timer on your camera and try different angles, lighting etc
A smart shirt on can sometimes look much more tempting then naked. Or the hard cock through wet boxer look if a favourite of mine, if done well.
