Well for a start you don't need all the negativity about who you are not interested in just block those groups.
Secondary putting your rules on your profile is great bur people will look and think Mehhhh no thanks. |

Why the dick pics ? Display one if you must, or put them in private or friends and send them if people specifically ask.
It's a good profile in that the last section seems natural, if a little repetitive. I would put that bit first.
Block people you are not interested in , instead of being so negative.
Try writing the rules as if explaining that you like to be respectful and prefer profiles with photographs...rather firm rules
