I've been told my profile is full of negativity.

What is your opinion about it and what should I change?

I wouldn't say negative my friend I would say people on here don't give a shit about profiles more about dick inches

We are surprised that so many people ask for advice, when with a couple of words typed in to the search box would give all the advice required?

Plus, it would show some kind of effort rather than a little.

It's your profile and gives an accurate version of who you are, it's not negative. But as already been commented plenty of advice threads on the forums. Even the best written profiles don't guarantee a meet.

I would agree with Chill out..

Be a little creative with your pics and say a little bit more about yourself. Have look at the bottom of my bio for some great advice for single guys on fab.. It's worked wonders for some of my friends on here.

Juat as others have said comes across a bit robotic.

You should try and get your personality across a bit(assuming your not a robot).

Sell yourself a bit.. dont BS but let people know what your like a bit more.

I'll not sugar coat this.

"I've not been to" or "I haven't done" are negatives. So I would say yes your profile is negative.

With the current pictures and text your sort of a dull matt grey colour blending into the back ground.

You need to take another look at what you want out of fab because right now you will just get depressed and go woh is me, Nobody loves me blah blah blah etc. etc.

So. If you want to be apart of the community you need to step up to the plate show your personality, show your fun side be the colours of the rainbow....

Then get your ass out and meet people. Local social events are great. Network. Be seen. Grow the confidence.

I'm of the opinion that a persons first try at a profile is the real "them", so hesitate to give advice.

Reading the posts on here, I get the feeling that people see the forums as a sort of "golden bullet"v to getting meets, via messages from threads.

Hate to burst your bubble folks, but I'm pretty confident that the best way (especially for single guys) to get meets is to go to socials and clubs, network and make friends...so your profile is pretty irrelevant.

Yes good points. I could write something amazing about myself, however anyone can have an amazing way with words and I could take pictures that would make me look good or dick pics where I look huge (it's all about the angles lol) but I feel all this wouldn't truly be representing myself and I don't like to pretend to be something I'm not.

Think of it this way... I wont walk into a shop and by the grey dull candy.. but oh the rainbow drops look good.

Your profile is a shop window. Entice people in. Blend into the background. Shut up shop and go watch bland TV...

I don’t care about inches- I care if people are assholes, and entitled and sulking men are the biggest turn off. To lump all women together like that isn’t going to win any over.

OP it’s not overly negative, maybe change the last line to say “I’m always happy to get messages” rather than “just happy to get a message” it’s a bit less eeyore, but that’s the only negativity I see. -Mrs
