Pasting the same message to all is just impersonal and its obvious so people just tend to ignore. There isn't "A" introduction message as such they should be personal to the profile you are sending to. |

Would say read the persons profile and have your opening message with something that relates to what they have said about themselves, pick up on what they like or maybe what they are looking for and go with that. Just a Hi or how are you isn’t very enticing, neither is a message that you can tell as been sent to lots of others, you need to be original with each person |
