Im new to this site and I’m incredibly excited about the opportunities on here to meet new people and become more adventurous!
I maybe initially got a bit carried away and had a bad experience with a meet. In hindsight I rushed into meeting him.
Any tips for looking for good, safe, experienced meets? |

Always have a public place social before going somewhere private! Let a trusted friend know what you are doing and where you are going. Set a time and a safe word private to you and text theem the safe word at the correct time.
I always have the address of where i am meeting and their details, name phone number etc written on a piece of paper in my fridge. I tell my friend if i havent checked in with them or turned up then get that paper to the police. |

Always start with a social meet it takes more time up but cuts down on the bad experiences big time. |

Never be afraid or embarrassed to curtail or pause a meet that isn’t going the way you’d like. Despite the nature of this site, and the casual and relaxed nature that many of its members have towards sex, you should always remember your own boundaries and preferences, and never be in any doubt that you can and should be in control (even in submission) of what you do and is done to you. Many of us have had less than perfect meets, and we just chalk that up to experience, but there’s a big difference between that and riding out a meet that goes against what you’re willing to accept. Most men will accept that. If they don’t, then go to the toilet, lock the door and call a friend or the police. |

This is going to sound incredibly judgemental no matter how I word it.... But it looks like you've had at least 3 play meets including at least one bareback within your first week on Fab, so I'm not sure why you're worrying about rushing in at this point. If it's working for you, and you're happy, keep doing whatever you're doing... But I'd recommend getting tested more frequently than the usual 3-6 months as with increased activity and risk there's a higher chance of picking up an infection and passing it on to multiple people who may in turn pass it on to others within even a 3 month window. If it's your personal safety you're worried about, always meet in public places, always let a Fab friend know if you are meeting someone, and never ever bring anyone new into your home... because if something goes wrong or someone's behaviour becomes disturbing (and let's face it, if as it seems you're barely chatting to folk a day before meeting, you really don't know just how rational they are), once your peace of mind in your own home has been shattered, it's virtually impossible to get back. While it's great fun to embark on new adventures, just don't forget to be responsible and look after yourself (jeez I sound like my mum!! ) |

Not judgemental at all and I completely respect what you’ve said. One of those verifications was from my FWB who told me about this site.
I hold my hands up and admit I’ve been silly, but I don’t make the same mistakes twice.
I had a physical incident after rushing a meet so I’m going to insist on a social meet first and spend a little more time getting to know them first. Obviously there’s no guarantees but at least I’m being more cautious. Really like some of the tips on here and I appreciate them.
Definitely got a bit excited when I joined ???? |

Always socials first, you choose the venue not them, that way you can be aware of the area and if it goes tits up you aren't going to be in strange surroundings, maybe you could check before hand that the place runs some kind of scheme like ask for Angela that gives lone women extra protection.
I would think a first play meet maybe safer in a hotel. |

I’m sorry someone hurt you. It sounds like you did learn. There’s great advice on here. All of us have made a mistake whether here or just going home from somewhere with someone or made a d*unk mistake or got in a car.
I think it’s great to verify people using kik with real time direct camera or a hello on cam so you can meet. If they don’t want to chat at least a tiny bit and can’t wait a week, they may not be worth it. For women on here there’s tons of fun to be had and you get to be picky and still get loads of meets if desired. It’s also great to set up meets at a club, can have a social and if you choose to play there’s more safety. Good luck! - Mrs |

Have you tried going to a club. There a great way to meet new people and its a safe environment. I don't meet anyone outside of clubf now, partly cause of time wasters x |

Always a social first at a venue you choose. Arrive before him and leave after him so he doesn't see your car. Only meet guys that have credible veris from more than one person. Trust your gut. |

Top tips..
1. Don't take things off fab
2. Don't engage in wank chat
3. Don't swap endless pics
4. Don't travel ridiculous distances
5. Do pay a bit extra so you can cancel the hotel if needed
6. Do listen to your gut instinct, it's normally right
7. Do arrange a social in a public place before any sex
8. Do report any no show to admin
9. If a couple, speak to both halves.
10. Use common sense, if it's too good to be true, it probably is. |
