Your profile is the secret to better success, as it sells you - or not. People ideally learn what you can give them, rather than expect from them.
Photos ideally let others grasp how you physically look and appeal to them. So a good range is ideal - don't include cock pics expecting them to pull in the hordes

Your profile is average at best, and as for that second photo....
There seems to be very littl effort put into this by yourself.
You may well be blown away from what you seen, but it looks unlikely that you will be able to do anything but join in the Forum.
Efforts in = Rewards out.
