Is men having shaved pubes accepted as nothing out of the ordinary these days in all social circles? Not so long ago Im sure a shaved guy in a communal changing room or shower would have been laughed out of town!? |

I am 67 and I have shaved my pubes for as long as I can remember, probably since I was 18. It's a personal choice of course but for me, smooth men's and women's pubes look so much more attractive and clean. |

Trim, not shave. Otherwise you look like a pubeless school boy. |

"Personally I prefer hair on lads and lasses. Shaving just seems to be a time wasting exercise but I ain't fussed if someone wants to do it. "
Same. Why give all that extra money to Gillette and Wilkinson sword when you can just buy some clippers, give it a bit of shape if need be, then be done with it. Plus stubble on anyone is a bit meh. It's got to be all or nothing and generally all works fine for me! |

"Interesting that nobody has mentioned Hygiene. Aren't pubes unhygenic if you're with lots of partners?"
Why would they be? I would assume washing and or wiping would occur and if it doesn't, the presence or absence of hair would make no difference. |

I decidedly to give a go on Friday (been reading too many forum posts). Could do without the shaving rash but I do like the feeling. Ms.H is always shaved and it feels different now and very enjoyable.
Not sure about the amount of time it takes to keep it shaved but i’ll try it for a couple of weeks and see how it goes.

"Social circles? I don't usually go around social circles "tackle out". "
I think he’s worried about being taken the piss out of by gym or team mates in the showers.
Personally, some have taken the piss out it, I just didn’t give a shit as it wasn’t them I did it for. |

Having been a member of a gym for the last 15 years I’d say it’s absolutely normal to have shaved chest and pubes
It kind of goes in fits and starts but no one ever bats an eyelid
Conversely I did play for a football team a decade ago and one wise guy commented on my lack of Chest hair and pubes in the shower post match x
I thanked him for noticing and said yeah my missus doesn’t like pubes when she is giving me a blow job x soon shut him up x |

been shaving my pubes since they started growing, never had any reaction, I think the guys who might want to say something are to ashamed to admit they have been watching your cock. |

Ive been alternating since the age of 15,id shave completely bald and smooth, usually before school holidays, then id let them grow back during the holidays ready for starting back at school especially after P.E and going in the showers.
Sometimes I trim, leaving a tuft at the base of cock with sides and balls smooth, but for the last couple of years ive let my ginger bush grow back completely xxx |
