I’m really struggling as the dirty in me doesn’t come out until there is what I like to call ‘stimulation’

I hate the word but the concept absolutely applies. There’s a good sprinkling of intellectual people on here. A fair few lecturers and PhDs for certain. Many of them either contribute to the forums or read them. |

A poster above stated she loved bouncing ideas off of a few people but wouldn't that be like seeking like? The joy in finding a kindred spirit who's thought processes mirror our own?
All in all i think it's either a misunderstood term or one open to so many interpretations it looses most of it's meaning in it's conveyance.

That was me. Given me pause for thought. But their thought processes totally different to mine - so not really kindred spirits.
I know that there are some guys on here who are utterly stunningly beautiful physically - but cannot put two words together in a written conversation and for me it renders any sexual attraction null and void.
And those whose first message to me shows a skill with words I find incredibly stimulating. So yes I do class myself as sapiophile.

So this really is an interesting thread for me, it's a term I've only come across since joining here and in a traditional sense I'm thick as two short planks... but I get the feeling the whole point of sapiosexual is open to interpretation, an unlimited number of sub categories if you will, for example someone a visually orientated sapiosexual would have their knees trembling at the way a man whispered in her ears exactly how hes going to remove that tight, sexy, leather corset and kiss his way up statting from her legs, covering every muscle slowly and passionately before undoing her laced panties with his teeth while staring into her eyes with an untameable lust. It's pretty simple ... it means that you find highly intelligent people sexually attractive regardless of their looks!
