So I've been on the site for a year and get the odd response from ladies but not so many.
I'm open, honest, and up for as much or as little as anybody wants. I don't look like a gorilla, so I'm clearly missing the golden rules.

No golden rules
You get out of the site what you put in. Expand on profile with what you are looking for and what you can offer. Go to clubs and socials and get yourself known.
Honesty is the best policy but the being married and being here on your own will put a lot off.
Everyone looking for differant things on here so will never fit the bill for all women. Look up threads on this and best looking at how the successful men get meets rather than asking individual women.
And always remember to personalize messages. Read a profile and tailor the message to the person. |

Id rephrase the bit about your wife "understanding" sounds begruding. If you have permission just say that.
Theres no need to describe your looks or hight youve your pictures and stats for that.
Write a bit more about yourself and what interests you (what youre looking for). Try to be approachable a few funny comments or ice breakers help
And try to improve your pics a bit

Your profile will put many off but it happens with lots of profiles you will just have to live with the fact some won't meet you and concentrate on those that will. |

I would try to add more to your profile, it says very little about what you're looking for or what you're in to.
I'd also suggest maybe trying some clubs or socials.
As a couple we don't set out looking for single men but we have met some great single guys at clubs and socials who are non pushy and more than happy to just chat and have a drink, they tend to be the guys that get invited to play more often. |
