This is a review somebody sent me after me asking them about it Empire X Huddersfield
Hello there ! We can fill you in about the Empire cinema as we've been twice now ! First of all the staff are very friendly and welcoming and make you feel relaxed it was £10 to get in whilst in there there is a coffee area selling free drinks and I know the condoms are free too , there is the main cinema part , a gay cinema part and two couples rooms which have porn playing in them with locks on the doors , hubby enjoyed inviting strangers to join us in the couple room, it was great , both times we went on a Tuesday purposely knowing it would be quiet there was around ten males in there no females both times but was fine with this , I do know that a lot of couples go on a Friday paint night and is quite busy .. There is a small sex shop and a cloak room , the porn films were good and some nights they have strippers on in the main bit .. Yes it could do with a lick of paint and updating abit but in all it gave a seedy atmosphere which we enjoyed , we will be going back soon as we enjoyed the experience and got what we wanted out of it ???? It's well worth the trip .... Enjoy !! |

I been to the one in Huddersfield it was just full of men and I say 90%are old but I will go again as it's having a re vam let us know love to meet you there

That's the swinging club experience though..some folk wants to try something a bit different like the Empire or others like it.. no dressing down, no massive joining fee and so on..just turn up pay your entrance fee, and hopfully have some fun |

The UK now has very few porn cinemas, compared to some years ago. Most are in the midlands, with the Empire up in Huddersfield too. Local councils are responsible for issuing licenses to them, with many councils being reluctant to issue, especially with many residents who may complain. There's also now the wider availability of free porn, which is more attractive to some than having to pay for it at a venue - not everyone goes to enjoy their time in the company of others  so the business potential of running a cinema has probably diminished a fair bit.
