I like to help guys look better, helping with their hair etc and of course there's always some flirting going on, potentially more.
If you're looking for a 'service', it sounds like it's potentially the sort of thing you could find elsewhere. Obviously I realise that you don't want something for nothing, such as a top grooming service but fab doesn't accept financial gains/services being sold/arranged. |

I'm sure a topless female barber could charge top dollar for an inferior hair cut, but I doubt enough people would be prepared to pay for it on a regular enough basis for it to be a viable business unless it were a regular hair dresser who did topless cuts one evening a month. Even then, potentially they could be accused of running a brothel.
Maybe a massage parlour employing a topless barber would work.
Personally I have a fetish for watching women having their head shaved. |
