Depends what you're after.
From Oxford i would say the best bet is west midlands where there's a few options:
For couples or ladies besy bet is angels and sinners in walsall (in my experience) sometimes raj will advertise when a couple is in but usually its pot luck but check out the forums.
Alternatively is foxy lady in bilston which is food in that it has 2 screens to choose from and more of a cinema vibe.
In the town centre is a place called adult world where there isn't any play but there is a live strip show every couple of hours and you can get an overpriced private dance if that's your thing.
If you want to meet men or tvs then taboo in birmingham is properly seedy bit should get action.
Alternatively some clubs have cinemas inside and as other poster said there is attic in derby during the daytime. Monday and Friday are tv events and tuesday to thursday is open to couples and late opening on a wednesday. There is empire x in huddersfield or sure there are others but those are probably the closest to you that i know of.
