Yeah get rid of the 'if you can't prove you're genuine' bit, it comes across as aggressive. There's massive competition here for meets, you're competing with all the other men, that would make me pass by your profile.
It doesn't say what you're into sexually either.
Not being able to accommodate is also a disadvantage |

Prehaps some more pictures, not ones that contain your arm! 
As other have said,that 'genuine ' line does come across aggressive and would put us off straight away.
Your bio needs to be interesting and eye catching, and currently it's neither of these. Might be worth explaining about not accommodating, as most will assume your attached.
And lastly, set a age range..99?? Really??...just makes you look lazy, lazy profile=lazy lover.
