Like is it worded wrong or not having a profile picture my biggest downfall?
I would put a picture up but a girl I met in Plymouth is on here and she stalked me for ages and wouldn't leave me alone

Haha yeah I think it's my predictive text that does that.
I only put the bit with the stalker tonlet people know that's the reason I don't have a picture up |

If you put a picture up, you won't have to mention the stalker...2 birds with 1 stone.
The photos will make a difference. A clothed one with even cover your tattoos , but give women an idea of your shape. |

You don't have a face pic and cannot accomodate. To most people that immediately screams of someone playing away from home, and rightly or wrongly it will put many people off. Many people comment on why they cannot put a pic online, or why they can't accomodate. It's up to you whether you want to do that, but I would shy away from using the word stalker if you do so.
Word to the wise, three weeks is nothing. Most people join the site thinking they will get as much sex as they can handle, and are sadly mistaken when they realise just how many single guys are doing the same. That doesn't mean it won't happen, but it might take more effort than what you originally thought. Chin up 
As you are looking for a FWB, perhaps you should try the chatrooms to get to know local people in a more social context. I recommend the south west room as it's your geographic area and is usually very friendly.
Your original post asked what you are 'doing wrong' and to be honest it's hard to tell as no one knows how your going about it. In general terms though search the site for people that match your profile, and whose profile you also match. Aproach them with an opening message that is engaging, 'Hi how are you' is not likely to get you anywhere. Don't forget to attach a face pic.
Offline, you could attend an organised social or a club.

Right I have changed the profile text to highlight that I stay on base as I'm in the military hence why I can't accommodate.
