Why not?

Especially when the only thing you can judge the book by is the cover.

Brighton - even Hove!

"dont judge a book by its cover people "

That's an interesting comparison in many ways, after all, lets assume you know exactly what book you want - all you have to do is check it's the right one and bingo! It's in the bag. Easy. But....what if you're a book in a bookshop - a book surrounded by 1000's of other books. How do you get chosen? By your cover, by your size, by what's written inside. Which all repeat all has to be better than the other books. After all, you don't want the stupid booker next to you getting read and not you, do you? No sir! You make yourself readable and attractive and make people want to pick you. You do this by having an enticing cover.

So.....people DO judge a book by its cover.
