New to this. From the rugby area in the Midlands.

For starters find a pic to replace the silhouette avatar with - is usually an immediate delete for most people.
Then take a look at your pics and ask yourself if they really show you off well (they don't) - think about pics that show off your body and not your cock.
Your profile blurb should reflect who you are, what you are looking for and what you think you can offer - currently it reads like you want someone to take you by the hand and teach you, which will be a turn off for most.
Consider getting along to clubs or organised socials which are a great way to get to know people.
