Hey guys,
I'm Dean and from Northampton, i have been on here for a while now but can't seem to catch anyone attention, is it my profile or am I doing something wrong?
I know it's going to take a while but finally meet someone but some tips will always be welcomed

You've only been on here 9 weeks which is no time at all so patience is one of the keys.
To be honest your profile reads a little like you're looking for someone to take you by the hand and teach you which will put a lot of people off. Likewise the thing about being a courier and "might be in your area" reads like you're looking for fun if you're passing through.
Try and re-write from the perspective of selling yourself, get across your likes and dislikes, what you're looking for and more importantly what you think you can offer.
Give some thought to adding a few pics that show off your body - it's great that you're brave enough to show a face pic but some more to add to that would be good.
Any messages you send try and tailor to the recipient - pick up on their likes and dislikes to show you've read their profile.
Get more active in the forums which is a great way of getting to know people and consider going to a club or social.
