Hello there ladies and gents and gentle ladies .
Now I know you will be sick of these type of threads popping up, but I am really wanting to enjoy this site as the stuff with in.
Now a common problem (and I know people have preferences and I'm no dean Martin) well I like to think so in the shower, but I digress could or rather would you kind folks give me a helping hand on profile, pictures maybe a message review or something would be much appreciated Thankyou.

I've seen worse OP, but it does read a little like a dating ad in places - people here aren't necessarily going to be interested in your profession or wanting "that romantic start" - what you really need to get across is some of your personality, what you're looking for, and more importantly what you think you can offer.
You've got a recent veri, so you're obviously doing something right.
Your pics aren't bad, but a lot of people aren't overly keen on cock pics, so maybe consider moving those to Friends Only to be shared if requested.
