Better profile text and a better selection of photos will probably serve you well. Claiming 'newbie' status with membership of over a year doesn't help. |

Newbie yet been on fab over a year and no verifications.
Your profile text is boring and dull.
Your pictures even though all different have the same uninteresting facial expression.
Clear up the newbie/over a year confusion in your profile, add more pictures and inject some life into your profile.

Your pictures suggest you are just a head!!  I assume you have a body as well, maybe consider showing it off. You say you have other pics, but people won't message you to ask to see them.
You need to think about rewriting your profile, it's uninteresting and bland. You have to use it like a shop window, give people something good to read and worth their time and a message.
