For starters and being totally honest your profile blurb is like so many other single male profiles on here - you need to try and get your personality across more. Stand out from the crowd, put some flesh on it - provide more detail about who you are, what you're looking for and most importantly what you think you can offer. Check out the many other profile advice threads for ideas, or take a look at other single male profiles that have veris for what might work.
Now to your pictures - they're frankly woeful and will put off a lot of people that view them - all cocks pics and what's worse two of them have porn on show in the background, hardly alluring!! Ditch those and replace with some well thought out and tasteful body shots. Again check other single male profiles for what might work.
Finally, you've only been here a week - that's no time at all. It takes time and patience to get anywhere here.

I'd say delete it and start again, the porn in the background is doing you no favours. As a woman looking for meets I wouldn't look at your profile as it's just not telling me anything about you really |

The pics are OK, although cum shot pics don't do anything for me personally.
The text is a bit more dating profile than swinging profile, while we want to meet people we can have a conversation with we want to know what they're looking for and can offer in the bedroom too. |

From what I see you've made the newbie mistake of thinking you say a few words about yourself and the women come rushing.
It's much more complicated than that. And as someone mentioned, do a forum search for 'Profile Advice' and read the good bits  |
