Hello Adam, welcome.
The site is what you make it and your expectations will influence your opinion of it.
Not sure what the percentage of fake over real people is but in general if it looks too good to be true it usually is.
What do you mean by time wasters? People who chat then decide not to meet? Or people who arrange to meet them don't turn up?
