Hey all thanks for stopping by
So I'm fairly new to the site. Although swinging isn't something I'm new to.
I am however new to venturing out alone
Which puts me into the rat race of a million and one other single males on here ..sigh
So do any of you lovely folks have and gems of advice or know of any pitfalls I should be avoiding
I'm quite aware than I'm now just one of the herd of other single guys and I need to make more effort than a shitty "wanna fuck message" with a dick pic attached
Any and all pointers very welcomed

The good news is you have a decent profile with some decent pics (although maybe consider adding to the profile in terms of what you can offer, as well as what you are looking for). Only advice would be patience and continuing to send polite tailored messages to anyone that catches your eye, and whose criteria you fit.
Other than that consider getting along to a club or a social, and get involved in the forums, it's a great way to get to know people and get yourself known and can often spark conversations via messages.

As a couple who are extremely picky when it comes to single guys, you're doing ok on your profile.
Go to socials, be friendly, relaxed, chatty and non-pushy. Finding meets purely on FAB is hit and miss. |

Cheers peeps that's all very kind of you.
I have seen a lot that socials make a up a good portion of the scene.
In the BDSM (where a lot of my place experience comes from) there are play events and munches which are basically a meet up in a pub or for food and just a chin wag. Am I right in assuming that this is a bit similar to club nights and socials (I've visited a couple of local swingers clubs but had my hand held there)
And if so ...where is the best place to find a diary of such social events?
