Need more pics, but not of you cock, and don't have to be face pics...experiment with the timer on your phone.
Your bio doesn't really say much, I'd even go as far as to say it's bland, uninteresting and shows no personality. This is where you sell yourself, use it wisely.

It's not bad, but not good either. You say your looking for people on your level...but dont explain what that means to you. How are people to know if they are on your level. Obviously you don't want timewasters, I would say that's a given for most people. No need to state it on ur bio. Check out some other profile advice threads and see what people say. Or check out some guy profile that are successful on here, see what they have in their profiles, (just don't copy it) that would be bad form!!
