Hi every one hope you are all doing well.
I have had this for a little while and been a bit on and off of it for a while but I would like to try bit more and just get to be a bit more socialising and even just talking to people a bit more.
Does any one have any pointers they would be willing to help me out with in general ?

You could spend time chatting in the forums and chat rooms.
Look in the forums for social events in your area or go to clubs.
Having read your profile I'm not sure quite what you want out of the site.
It's nice to see a bit of information but other than telling me you want to socialise I don't know what you are looking for or offering.
If you're using the profile to look for meets social leading to mote then maybe some more photos and a tweak so the person thinks oh I'll pick him over...
