You have had a couple of meetings, so you are not doing too badly.
Spelling and grammar matter to some (not all) people so you should address that.
Your profile is not bad but I personally would rephrase some of it as it does come across a touch whiney in places. |

Positive attitude helps don't blame others because of your lack of (perceived) success ... If others are more successful change something , your approach , your attitude , your whatever, no one's for everyone no one approach is universally successful.. find what works for you and stick with it...
expect nothing then anything is a bonus. |
