"Exactly why I'm asking for advice "

Have you tried searching the Forum for the hundreds of threads giving the advice you are looking for, or would you rather just ask?

So why are you here??

your comments really aren't helpful and as the OP is asking for help, I'm wondering why you are even bothering to respond

"Lol thanks for making me feel welcome"

but most of all stand out

there are hundreds of men on here looking for meets...your profile is your shop window so you really need to sell yourself

Our comments do not need to be helpful.

They may be straight to the point but they are truthful.

Why does anyone need to ask for advice on their profile? There is loads of advice easily found in this Forum.

It seems to us that many people can't be bothered to look.

the OP is new, and probably doesn't know how the forums work just yet..

he is asking for advice and really it costs nothing to be nice, IMO..

he is probably not aware there have been hundreds of people before him asking the same question because he probably isn't aware there is even a search facility...

so in the time it took you to say 'go and search yourself', you could have said 'try selling yourself' instead...

I agree with Leggy but you can do a forum search for Profile Advice and you will find tons of really helpful comments.

And a few not so helpful ones

hi hun, welcome to the world of fab enjoy.

As to profile advice try reading a few of the more successful men and tailor yours to suit you.

We are all looking for something different, if we can help in any way feel free to message us, the open forums can be a bit harsh when asking for profile advice, Connie

And the 'pathetic newbie tone' in which your non advice was delivered will certainly help or welcome no one!

There is a core of 'I've been swinging for years and all beginners are below me' members who go out of their way to make newbies feel unwelcome and inferior, it smacks of bullying and is nasty, I wish it went away. Without new members this place grinds to a halt, can't anyone see that!?

Following on from previous advice, a practical tip would be to look at profiles that attract you, and then look at the profiles of those who have left any verifications. How were they written?
