"Hi can anyone tell me why some users have pm,poke or block under their names and others only have block?"
Its all to do with their preferences I think, pretty much like their profile preferences. |

Yes, when you choose what to allow it includes PM and poke. Not block, anyone is allowed to block anyone. |

"You can't pm or poke someone if they are using the chatroom on their mobile. 
You can PM them but it hides behind the main chat window so they need to close the main one."
Strange then that when I use the mobile chat it says there is no private messaging facility  |
