We are a new couple taking the first tentative steps into this hobby as it were.
Previously posted on this forum in the advice section and got some great replies. Just wanting to see if anyone has any additional advice or tips for newbies.
General etiquette advice as well as advice on profile is greatly appreciated or just a hello!

Be honest with each other about wjat you want and any fears or reservations you might have
Never 'make do' with potential meets and never let yourself be pressurisred by anyone
Remember couples are 2 people amd treat them as such

I don't know if you drink but if so make sure one of you remains completely sober on any meet you have. Never, ever be afraid to say "no" at any stage in the proceedings. Talk between yourselves before, during and after meets. Don't assume because you agree to something once you have to do it again and conversely don't assume that because you refuse something once you will never do it.
Take it at the pace of the slowest of you and if it doesn't bring joy.....stop.
Good luck and much pleasure |

It's also important to make sure anyone you intend to play with is aware of your boundaries.
You need to feel safe and comfortable to enjoy yourselves.
Just do what you are happy to do.
There is no right or wrong way to swing.
Hope you have lots of fun.

"Oh and stick to your boundaries, it is far better to wish you had done more than to regret having done too much"
This
It's so much fun driving home together discussing what else might have happened to help build the anticipation for the next time you get to have fun. |
