Are you quarter black?

I think I would interchangeably use BBC or BMC but think they refer to colour rather than heritage.

And yes quarter isn't PC but I'm mixed race so its ok haha

Children born mixed in the USA only need to be one eighth black to qualify as black, I mean qualify for various funds etc. Not sure what the rule is on fab
