SE Wales couple... looking for long-term friendship, not just one-off meets.

We are a couple that are looking to meet other couples socially and want to take it slowly. We want to get to know people and would want to meet a few times before moving to the bedroom.
We have fantasies that we want to fulfill and will need the help of another couple to do so. We want to talk about our fantasies, discuss the options and make them happen with people we are comfortable with.
It seems that a lot of people on this site just want to jump into bed then move on to the next couple. That is not us!
So, we are looking for a long-term friendship with a couple not too far away from us (within 1hr travelling) with the 'benefits' to follow.
