Is there an etiquette about them?

I've heard that most recent fab members write them first when meeting long running members?

So what happens when the meet is between 2 newbies or 2 oldies lol

Not heard of that rule. If someone wants one I write one,I don't ask for one back. Some people just write one as a matter of course.

An unverified newbie can't verify anyone

Two unverified's can't verify each other

Verified people can do whatever they wish and verify at will, sometimes by the power of Greyskull

After I've met someone I will text them a draft of the verification so as not include anything they're not happy to display and then post it afterwards I don't verify from Web cams
