Hey, just started on this site properly and to all of this in general!

I Just wondered if anyone had any tips to get me started or anything that you think would be helpful

Oh and I know I look young but rest assured I am actually 23 I've got ID if needed

There are lots of other threads asking exactly the same thing.

Maybe you should take a look around rather than ask? At least it will show you are prepared to put some effort in.
