Been on this site a few weeks . But there are so many fake profiles . And single men pretending to be couples . Im seriously thinking of delting my profile now  |

Maybe your expectations are a little high, 3 weeks is no time at all. Yes there are people on here that waste others time but if you learn quickly you can them out and find real people. At the same time report the time wasters and admin can deal with them, if you don't how do they know who is a time waster or not.  |

They're pretty easy to spot after a while. Block non verified members and newbies, look at their veri's, are they from established members who have good veri's themselves? Do they have a good selection of pics? Reverse image search them to see if they're stolen off the net. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is, go with your gut instinct, mine is rarely wrong now. Good luck. |

Welcome to the world of Fab, what you've found out is what most on here already know.
Stick with it and before long you will work out how to spot the good ones from the bad ones.
Deleting your profile won't change a thing ! |

We've been on here for about 4 weeks and just have our first meet next weekend. Even then i think we were lucky it hasn't taken longer. What ive learnt from the forums is to keep looking and make yourself as appealing as you want others to be  |

This is my 2nd time on the site and I now know exactly what I'm looking for, as a single Bi fem I needed a male to facilitate my meets especially those group sessions I crave,, I also when meeting alone need to be safe so often like to build a relationship before taking the next step... I also have a very full life away from swinging,, I don't broadcast my meets,, and so if you were to go via verifications alone I might be considered a newbi or time waster. I think single males, couples (not so much) need to bare this and other incidental stuff which might happen before thinking "time waster"
You'll soon get a sixth sense for peeps that are really only interested in the chase or the flirt

Yes their are fakes. That's the nature of most internet sites, however there are also wonderful genuine people. Those are the ones that make fab worth while. I have found many great, mad friends thro fab so if you are in it for the long haul and not just a fuck and run site then it works. |

Didn't you think the same thing a few weeks ago after your first few weeks on here? Something made you decide to stay then considering you were on the verge of deleting your account so focus on that reason. There's not a lot you can do about time wasters other than block and report and dwelling on them only leads to more time wasted. The positively lovely folk on here far outweigh the occasional tosspot. That's how I choose to see it. |

If you block non verifed people, it covers meet veris and photo veris so you only need to be photo verified to message someone who has this block on. The best way to get a veri, and probably easiest, is to go to an organised social. The newbie block stops people being abusive who you block then setting up a new profile and finding you. I have found since putting both these filters on, I rarely encounter a time waster or fake. |

I've been on here for 6 months, sent messages to at least 50 couples and 40 odd singles, sent face pics and body pics and still not had a meet! I know the Lake District is quiet but I must be doing something wrong!
3 weeks is no time at all....However I hope you have better luck than me!

Everyone seems to have differing views of what a time waster is but for me, its someone who agrees to meet, sets a time and place then no shows with no contact. |

Before I go out .....
This (wonderful) site is whatever one really wants it to be, in my opinion,
You just have to be in total control.
The old time-honoured adage is as true on Fabswingers as anywhere else where there is a variety of different folk.....
"You'll get back what you put into it".....
I learned a valuable lesson on here once.....I respect this site totally....
Until I see reason otherwise, I respect other members, as I expect to be.
But, as I said, you have work at making the site work for you and, stay in control all the time.....
There are lots of really good people here, certainly more good folk than 'bad'
