Spain Accommodation

A lot of people on here have been asking me why I don't rent my place out in Murcia Spain for Swingers Holidays. Me and my Girlfriend have been running a B and B in Spain now for a number of years and now this seems to me to be a great way forward.

Would like to hear any comments or advice from anyone especially with experience with Swinging

Quite a big expat community over there in Murcia. Where abouts is the B&B as the Murcia region is quite big.

Been to the area quite a few times in the last couple of years;as we have friends living and working out there.
