Why is it fussy to want to meet only slim girls? I'd say it was a preference rather then fussy.
Slim is not any better or worse the bbw and vice versa. People don't lower their standards to shag a fat girl you know.....some actually prefer it.
Preference is one very acceptable thing to insinuate what you did isn't.
OP I don't think there needs to be special sections for anyone....just look at profiles, pictures and talk to people.

I'd agree with near enough all of this; there doesn't need to be sections for different builds as apart from the box ticking category when setting a profile up, people usually state their body type on their profile text itself.
However, I think you misunderstood the OP. Clearly he prefers slim girls, so he thought he'd show his appreciation and get the attention of his target audience into the bargain, which considering he's playing the numbers game you can't blame him for doing.
Personally I don't rule anyone out on their build, I tend to rule out people on grounds of stupidity, bad hygiene, having a bad attitude or like anyone there are those I just don'tfind physically attractive.
But some do only find certain body types attractive. We've had plenty of bbw appreciation threads during my time on here, a whole load of threads appreciating a chiselled male torso, so why not a thread appreciating the slimmer girl? Or one appreciating the larger built guys?
I can't understand why there's that many negative responses if Im honest. |

Well said above. Unfortunately, whenever BBW section is mentioned, its generally received as the best thing ever. The minute the "slim" word is mentioned however, there's usually a stampede of folk complaining about it, very strange. Personally, don't think we need any seperate sections in the search facility, works fine as it is  |

I think you should be able to search by body type, and I expect men who are 'large' etc or women who are BBW etc, if it came to it would prefer to be of a slimmer nature, but it's all preferences.
And women definitely are in the minority on fab, and it seems (in my and a few others experiences) slim women are less regular than average upwards, so it's not going to be easy for people looking for 'slim' women - but that's ratios related, more than anything else. |

There's no smell sensor built into anyone's laptop just yet. And its also true that I've yet to come across a profile saying "Before you go any further I smell utterly dreadful. So if you're looking for one of those dolly birds that smells good then you can jog on to the next profile. Seriously, save your time and mine because I honk to high heaven".
I find out the only way I can find out. I chat at length with them, find out their _iews, what they like, what they take pride in and make my own deductions.
True, my system may be flawed in the long run and one day I may inadvertently enter the lair of a real Billie Stinker. And if so, to save face and feelings Id find some excuse to leave so they didn't wonder what they had done wrong.
But the situation above is fairly unlikely. In the 40 odd meets I've had in my two periods on this site I've yet to meet anyone who smells like an open sewer. |

I hate these types of threads... I try not to post but.... I actually struggle to accept that men in general prefer big girls. I have found many will say they love big girls but for instance been at a greedy girl session... And a lady who was much slimmer started playing and everyone went to her....
That was fine... Their preference but it was also mine to then refuse them when they wanted me again because she didn't want them.
Some guys genuinely do like bigger but I think its rare... Although this is not a slut on bigger ladies.... Just for me I struggle to believe their interest x

I think there is a difference between slim and what you called skinny minnies.
When I first joined I felt that maybe I was on wrong site as I thought majority of the men had a preference for the ladies which were bigger than me. My inbox has refuted that.I think there are certainly enough men on here that like women, whatever size. The men I have met are real men, take my word on that.

Couldn't agree more! If its in your profile you should be able to search it. Body type is a common preference. Some like the big girls others like petite. Each to their own.
As I have a preference though it would be nice to be able to include body type in the search. I've read quite a few profiles that I think would be ideal only to discover that they're the wrong size for my particular tastes

Everybody has their own preference, whether it be slim or large. Me personally my meets have not met me because of my size. They have met me because of WHO i am, not WHAT i am.
But lets be honest how would people catagorize themselves. Some slim woman class themselves as curvy, some larger women class themselves as avererage. You will find it would be a useless tool as a lot of people on here are not entirely honest about their body shape. That goes for men and women. Personally dont fix it if it isnt broken. If Fab start adding all these new tools it will not remain a free site. Use your intuition and your eyes are your best tool on a side like this |

Why is it when someone says "hey all you BBW's" there's loads of positive posts and here I am jokes & banter.
But when someone does the same for slim ladies it's suddenly jumped on as don't say that it's all about everyone else not "those skinny Minnie's & those who don't have any extra cushion for the pushing".
Slim doesn't mean rib & bone, I'm slim but have plenty of boobs & bum to go with it.
I'd never put down a BBW thread & pisses me off when every time a slim ladies thread is put up it's seen as out of order or offensive.
Saying that I find people of all shapes and sizes attractive & think a search option for body size would be really hard to get right it's so subjective. Would rather have is a genuine down to earth person & a good laugh search option.

There are more derogatory comments towards slimmer women from some sections and its without merritt as I see it. I know some guys do it to suck up to other groups in hope of a shag but the comments you see at times just make me note and remember that's a bitter twisted person and someone we wouldn't want to meet. |

Wow!! - do these threads always get this unkind?
I happen to be fairly slim - that's genetically dictated and gets occasional help from the gym!
However - I'm also a bloody nice person - as i'm sure are most of the people who's hackles have been rising one way or another at this thread!
Surely the whole point of fab is that it's a reflective cross-section of society - and that there should be someone out there to suit every taste?
When all's said and done, though, someone who makes us feel relaxed and comfortable is vital - so 'niceness' and overall mutual attraction is more important than perceived perfection in body type - surely? |

There's also always lots of bbw threads where nothing bad must ever be said.
But it seams slim women are open game for the abusive comments (typical from women not men) if they're ever mentioned.

Well then surely you know that everyone loses/gains weight differently, I for example lose very little if I just change my diet because the nature of my job means I need to eat! Because my body is so used to physical work I have to train really hard to lose anything. Anti depressants effect people differently.... It is all true larger ladies do get threads done about them and when one is done for slimmer ladies it all seems to go a bit wrong. I don't know why people have to be offensive about the other everyone is different and amen to that. |

I'm still relatively new to these forums and this site as a whole, but my thinking is that the thought behind the bbw threads is that in society as a whole slim women get enough of a fanfare and women with curves get a drumming from all forms of media to the point where its a shock when guys say 'actually I like them.' Personally I'm attracted to a woman with intelligence and wit, irrespective of the body she inhabits, but I'm also aware that some people are focussed on looks alone.
Slim women: congratulations you won the genetic and social lottery, accept your prize with good grace, society and magazine editors love you.
Women with curves: congratulations you look great and men do find you attractive.
Men: stop making women feel bad just because they look different from what media dictates.

I'm a large woman and see beauty in all sizes but there's nothing uglier than someone of either gender scoffing at or insulting others for their looks or size. There are pots of all shapes and sizes on here and lids to fit them all. |

I also notice that calling slimmer ladies a "skinny Minnie" or a "stick insect" is rife on profiles and no one bats an eyelid, but if anyone refers to bigger folk as "oompah loompahs" or a"beached whale" everyone is up in arms. How come no one sticks up for those deemed slimmer than the norm?
When I was 22 I still stood 6'1" but weighed 8 stone 12. For a bloke that was far from ideal, I was one step from being skeletal, purely down to my lightening fast metabolism as I ate 5 meals at least a day.
Its only down to my metabolic rate slowing to "very quick" as I hit about 28, cramming 7 plus huge meals a day into myself and spending 6 hours a week hefting heavy lumps of metal on repeat that I managed to finally enter my thirties with the body most lads want at 22.
Being called "skinny" is hardly a compliment.... |

Well I for one am a bbw although am now down to a size 16 but I am and always have been very flexible, on a good day I can still do the splits lol The only thing I can't do is run but that could have something to do with the size of my tits lol black eyes all round
