1st meeting

hi all, been on here for a while now and it looked like i was getting nowhere...until now! .Got my 1st invite to a local group meeting this coming weekend and i`m really ready for it. I`m nervous as hell but a couple of beers will sort that on the night. Any tips on how to make the most of my 1st ever group session???

just go with the flow im sure you'll be fine, dont get d*unk, nothing worse than a d*unken 1st timer...have fun....x
