never been swinging before, overly down though, im i gna have to down a few jds for the first time ? |

Delete profile and start again, you've been on over a year and have no friends or meets, most people won't look at your profile for more than 3 seconds without moving on, start again and spend some time on here .... the advice about clubs and socials is good too x |

Join in on here in the forums. Scan the Meets and social sections along with looking at the clubs.
Keep an eye on the clubs websites near you as they may hold socials special nights etc.
Put the effort in and it will come together. |

Browse the forums and see advice given to the other million that have asked?
My comment should be taken as genuine advice and not as a sarcastic stab (or maybe a little)
But other similar threads do have some really good advice too.
