New Guy no. 314159263 Introductions

Hey there you lovely people!

Glad I can finally start being involved in the forum after two weeks of reading all the thoughtful advice for newbies and interesting discussions over the merits and flaws of this site.

I'm personally new to swinging in general, not just the site so its been even more helpful.

This post is to greet the forum regulars for the most part, but I also welcome constructive criticism of my profile. I think its average-decent and I'm reasonably satisfied, not aiming to make it perfect: just want it to not be a reason someone interested would change their mind for the worst.

By and large what I've learned from the forum is "good enough" is fine cus most of my meets (being a single, heterosexual guy) will come from getting involved in the club and party scene; not on here.

I'll be attending my first ever club event this Saturday, which will be at Club Baccus .

Would be cool to get a list of more nuanced 'common Newby errors'.

So not the absolute basic errors, like touching without permission, not trying to engage with people, not following the dress code. Getting angsty from being told 'no'. I'm aware of things like that and honestly not the type of person that would behave like that even without prior knowledge.

Is there more nuanced sorts of mishaps a newcomer makes that can be noticed?

If possible I'd like to conduct myself with a level of grace and familiarity as someone who has been swinging for years.

(not as a deceptive play I'm still going to introduce myself as a newcomer cus that's what I am, I'd simply like to go from walking to running as quickly as possible)

Thank you all for your time and Happy Fabbing!
