If you mean dogging, there are some well established spots which unfortunately are well known to the police. Hogshead Lane near Oakmere is one. The various motorway services, notably Lymm ad Burtonwood. The old dogging spot near Burtonwood has gone now, built on. The car park at Leasowe sand dunes on the wirral has a reputation too.
