That part was actually filmed just outside Killin in Perthshire, castle was Doune, near Stirling - except the last scene which was Stalker near Oban. (Soz, I'm a tour guide  )
However, the thought of giant 'rabbits' buzzing all over the place on Skye does it |

The hills may have eyes- but it's the ears that do it for me
I know about Doune Castle - I've always wanted to go to the Python weekend there....
