I'm very much enjoying dressing up and trying to appeal to those a little more dominant..
To do so, I think I need to work on getting myself a nice Phat ass.
Are there any Gym attending folk out there that could guide me into a good home based routine to help me get a hot ass..?
Where do I start?

Squats, deadlifts, hip trusters and lunges, height weight and low reps! Also need to hit your protein and calorie goals. Home workout I’m not sure if there is one for the results your talking about, at least an hour gym session 3 or 4 times a week alongside the above you’ll see plenty of growth |
