I've been using it for years but it's not easy to find likeminded folks. I enjoy giving tantric massages
I've been reading the book 'urban Tantra' by Barbara Castellas. It's a great book.
Urban Tantra, Second Edition: Sacred Sex for the Twenty-First Century
She has great chapters of bsdm and group sex too.
I really like the idea of group masterbation sessions
