How to introduce/ask your partner about swinging

How should I go about asking my partner about this sort of world? I am wanting to discuss this but not sure how? Anyone let me know how they did it?

Put or build a swing in your back garden and slowly introduce her to the concept of swinging. Get her to use it and then ask her if she enjoyed it.. then go from there
