Hey all,
Well I've been on here for a while chatting whilst I worked out the swinging scene, and now I'm happy to start meeting. 2 problems thou:
1. When I message on here, I rarely get replies (anything stand out on the profile? I attach face pics)... I'd say I'm decent looking lad with trim figure
2. I'd like to go to a club but lack the confidence to go alone the first time... But can't get anybody to meet me and walk in to chat with as I'm struggling with the initial chat!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Apparently I look ~27, I'm relatively fit and have a very high sex drive... I am quite fussy in terms of being attracted to trimmer bodies but I'm honest with that and never mention it when I message!

The "legal notice" is pointless, and takes up half your profile.
In fact your post here is longer than your profile.
No public pics (not necessarily face pics) can put people off. And in fact people can filter you and stop you mailing them if you have no public pics.
You need your profile to stand out and sell you. What is it about your profile that you think will make people contact you / reply to you???? |

As for going to a club... go it alone, I went on my own to one end of last year. Like you I was nervous, but the owners and people there were all wonderful and friendly. It's a good way to meet, get known and if you're lucky you get to play!. Use the Forums on here too to get regognised.
Most of all, be patient, polite and non pushy!

Cheers.... I just wish I could flick a switch and go! I'm working on it. A few people have advised to message local clubs and owners to see if they will help me in and feel settled so that's making me feel better! Here's to a great 2013 for everyone!! |

profile looks ok, still has the 'warning' rubbish and lacks in what you'd like to do/ are looking for, but many dont as they're open to offers.
If I can walk into a club on my own, Im sure you can  It's not like you have to walk in, in the buff  |

1. Nothing stands out, which is probably the problem. It's pretty bland.
2. To be blunt, accept that you are going to have to be brave enough to go on your own or you probably aren;t going to go at all |

Your not far from chorley, so why don't you try the no.3 club, on a Thursday. It's a social night from 7 til 10 where you can have a look round, get a feel for the club and chat to people. Perfect for a first timer, and its free til ten. You only pay if you want to stay later and play etc. |

Cheers... But again it's the whole going there... I am gonna have to just bite the bullet and grow a pair, so to say. Hopefully in 6 months ill look back and laugh at myself for this lol |

If you wait for someone to invite you then it's going to be a long wait. But there will be plenty of other single men primarily on their own. And unlike in vanilla environments no one is going to think oddly of the bloke that has turned up on his own. What's the worse that can happen? |

Most blokes will prob just chat to anybody once in there... Sadly until I know somebody, I'm quite reserved conversationally (randomly not in bed thou haha). If I've chatted online to people thou that helps. Guess I need to get a good balance of the two and see how it goes.
And I really do appreciate everybody's thoughts and comments! Means a lot guys!!!! |
